H. ALAN CARMICHAEL

Alan Carmichael is a member of the State Bar of Texas where he has served on numerous committees and is a Life Fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation. Mr. Carmichael is also a member of the Nolan County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Carmichael attended Texas Tech University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 1977 and his Juris Doctorate in 1980.

Alan Carmichael is a member of the State Bar of Texas where he has served on numerous committees and is a Life Fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation.
