Bastrop Lateral Pipeline

Brady & Hamilton is actively representing numerous landowners affected by a new pipeline, being built by MPH Bastrop Lateral, LLC. The new pipeline will be approximately 30 miles long and 30 or 36 inches in diameter. The pipeline will interconnect with an existing pipeline in Lee County and transport natural gas to Bastrop County.

The pipeline company will take easements from landowners along the route. Unless negotiated carefully and competently, the easement terms will favor the pipeline company. And although Texas law requires fair compensation for those property rights, the pipeline company is focused on completing the project, getting easement terms favorable to it, and paying the landowner as little as possible.
