Buffalo Run Pipeline

Targa is actively acquiring property in the Permian Midland for a new, 35-mile natural gas pipeline called Buffalo Run. This pipeline will connect existing Targa plants nearby in Crane, Upton, Midland and Reagan Counties, and the project will also involve conversion of an existing Targa pipeline to natural gas service.

Targa will take pipeline easements from landowners along the Buffalo Run route to construct this pipeline. Brady & Hamilton represents landowners – and never pipeline companies – in cases like this. The pipeline company is not interested in paying landowners fair compensation for these takings, even though Texas law requires it: Targa is interested only in completing the project, at terms favorable to it, at the least expense possible.
