Mr. Foster also represents clients in cases involving property rights, vested rights, real estate, and civil litigation. Mr. Foster is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Travis County Bar Association, and the Real Estate Council of Austin. Mr. Foster attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1990 and his Juris Doctorate in 1999. He was admitted to practice in Texas in 1999. Mr. Foster grew up in Hughes Springs, Texas.
