The DeLa Express Pipeline (“DeLa Express”) is a proposed long-haul pipeline for liquids-rich natural gas transportation across Texas. The project will serve to safely ship critical natural gas and liquids supply from the prolific Permian Basin of West Texas to high-demand consumer markets in and around Lake Charles, Louisiana.

DeLa Express, as planned, would include approximately 645 miles of 42-inch diameter pipeline, six lateral extensions composing 139 miles, six compressor stations, three dew-point control facilities, metering stations, and other ancillary equipment and facilities. When operational, DeLa Express will provide around two billion cubic feet per day (BCK/f) of natural gas and liquids transportation capacity.

The DeLa Express Project will impact landowners in the following counties (West-to-East): Reeves, Loving, Winkler, Ward, Andrews, Ector, Midland, Glasscock, Sterling, Coke, Runnels, Coleman, Brown, Mills, Hamilton, Coryell, McLennan, Bell, Falls, Milam, Robertson, Brazos, Grimes, Walker, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Liberty, Hardin, Jefferson, and Orange. The pipeline will also extend into Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
