Position Description

Brady & Hamilton is seeking an entry level or lateral associate for our Lubbock office. Successful candidates can be either new law school graduates or have up to three years of experience. The attorney would assist our current transactional attorneys with matters involving the following: agricultural lands; title review and instrument drafting; mineral, water, wind, solar, and other rights, transactions, projects, and developments; and other property-law related matters. Our transactional practice also includes a significant amount of estate planning, probate, and trusts, all of which may be available opportunities for this position should the need arise.
We are in search of a lawyer with a demonstrated interest in West Texas and in the transactional practice area. Experience in and around agriculture or energy industries is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
