I-14 Interstate Expansion Project in Bell County

Brady & Hamilton is actively monitoring the Interstate 14 Extension project in Bell County, including widening existing Interstate 35 between Belton and Temple.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is in the process of taking landowners’ property for this project, and while state law mandates fair compensation for property taken, TxDOT is only interested in completing the project as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
