OLIVIA WOMACK

Olivia Womack is a fifth-generation Central Texan who represents landowners and businesses in eminent domain and real estate disputes. She first joined Brady & Hamilton as a law clerk in 2024 and joined the team as an associate in September 2025. With deep family ties to real estate, Olivia grew up knowing that land is legacy, and she is proud to dedicate her practice to protecting the property rights of Texas landowners.

Olivia earned her B.S. in economics from Texas Christian University in 2022, at the age of 20. In 2025, she earned her J.D. from Baylor Law School—completing both degrees in under five years. At Baylor, she excelled in the nationally renowned Practice Court program, gaining intensive litigation training. She was also recognized for excellence in business, earning the Business Planning Special Distinction and Outstanding Achievement in Tax Law. In 2025, she received the State Bar of Texas Tax Section Law Student Scholarship, a statewide honor recognizing top academic performance and commitment to tax law.

Committed to service beyond her practice, Olivia graduated with Pro Bono Honors for legal aid to veterans and low-income residents and was named a Leadership Fellow for her focus on professional development and ethical judgment. Olivia continues to serve Austin through Mobile Loaves & Fishes and youth group leadership.
