Brady & Hamilton is seeking an experienced attorney to join our commercial litigation team in our Austin office/in our Lubbock office.
Our litigation practice focuses on representing Texas landowners and small business owners in matters involving eminent domain, agriculture, energy, and real estate. We work in courthouses across the state and before administrative agencies in Austin. Public Utility Commission, Railroad Commission, or TCEQ experience a plus, but not required.
Great communications skills, both interpersonal and written, are a must. This position will require a significant amount of briefing and motion practice. Must be licensed in Texas and in good standing.
